All the staff were so friendly, always smiling and willing to help you. The hotel is beautiful and they have a shuttle service that can take you to the mall and the beach lending you umbrellas and beach chairs. The breakfast was really good. we are really willing to repeat the experience.

Very comfortable and complete hotel and rooms. loved the rooms very much! Staff was very friendly and helpful without any exception. Free 24hrs shuttle to anywhere in neighbourhood, so convenient! The restaurant is amazing. All in all a big recommendation! (We are travelling with three boys, 8, 12 and 14 yo. They loved it too!)

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful location, we all wish we had at least one more night here. Was perfect stay while visiting Naples and Marco island. With a room overlooking the canal and Marina couldn't ask for better. The rooms were very beachy decorated and the beds were so comfortable. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control their cafe wasnt opened do to a waterline replacement. Overall would 110% stay there again and highly recommend it.
