Our plane was delayed so we arrived late into the next day and checking in we was told we had been upgraded to a city view which we thought was a really nice gesture. Would 100% stay again and location handy for the light rail and places walkable if you like a walk like we do.

The hotel room was spacious, luxurious and incredibly clean. The person who cleaned my room and bathroom came often and I had absolutely no complaints. The concierge at the front desk were for the most part really kind, polite and often conversational. They answered most of my queries really quickly and were efficient whenever I needed any help. One of the hotel staff at the front desk was a little brusque, but maybe I caught her on a couple of off days. Otherwise everyone was really friendly. I was comfortable and happy during my stay.
