After a hell experience with Jet Blue we arrived at the hotel at midnight, tired and with only the clothes we were in! They were having some technical issues so waited a little longer than expected. When I said it was fine as it would still be shorter than running over and back terminals trying to retrieve baggage they gave us compliementary breakfast. When we explained we had no luggage they provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, deodrant, etc Same can be said of the bar and restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and helpful! JetBlue staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from the guys at the Radisson. We didnt get all the names of the people who were so kind but two were Latoya and Rae

My stay at the Paris Hotel in Corona, NY., exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and looked out for my family's welfare. The staff was approachable and answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. Although parking was limited the hotel staff went the extra mile to direct us when a space became available. I felt safe at the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished and the flat-screen TV worked well. The staff takes pride in making sure the bathroom is sanitary. The ambience of the hotel was unique, creative, and professional. The lobby sitting area had good coffee and an available microwave and other amenities. This hotel deserves more than a three-star rating.
