The staff was friendly and personable. Parking is limited for those of us who drive trucks over 6’ tall. We could not find a parking spot in the designated areas; however, the hotel staff was fantastic and made sure we had a place to park. They made us feel important and that we mattered. Also dining staff pleasant and helpful and maintenance on any requests immediately. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Comfortable room with extra blankets, great free breakfast, fitness room met my needs and pool was very nice. Not high end luxury but comfortable, homey, accommodating with above average staff very willing to please. Lemon water in the lobby was an appreciated extra.ElaineSolo traveler

We honestly can't wait to come back. It's like we reconnected with an old friend. The house is calm and peaceful. The interior design was wonderful. The shower was incredible. Convenient location, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes drive, and it’s right by route 30 which connects you to wherever you need to go. Will certainly stay again when visiting York.

Probably one of my favorite hotel beds ever and I used to work on luxury travel and travel often to 4-5+ hotels they were not this comfortable. The staff was helpful when they had to be but not overly friendly besides during the check in. Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the variety.MMelissaYoung couple
