I didn't like anything about this hotel. I would recommend going to Rinjani Lodge or Pondok Senaru Cottages. You'll be treated very well there!

Really friendly people running this home stay - they are all so helpful. The room was really clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and other food in the restaurant was really tasty.
The home stay is very close to the waterfalls so you can walk there.
We highly recommend booking your Rinjani trek with this family as we had an unforgettable experience! We did the 3d2n - our guide Fann made us feel so safe and told us many interesting things about the mountain and Lombok culture. The porters were fantastic too.

Such a brilliant stay here! The location is perfect only a few minutes from the sedang Gile waterfall trek and close to mt Rijani. The family were so accommodating and helped us with laundry, bike rental and a taxi to our next accommodation. The room was great with aircon, a good shower and a comfy bed! Best accommodation we’ve stayed at in Indonesia

We literally liked everything about this place.
From the super friendly and helpful owner/staff to the amazing view of the mountain, and everything in between.
Plus, it is a walking distance to the two famous waterfalls

A really great homestay, the grounds are beautifully green and peaceful, the room was spacious with good furniture and they kindly accommodated our request for twin beds which was lovely, and the little veranda was perfect for sitting outside at night listening to the geckos.
The hosts were super welcoming and great fun to chat to and share music recommendations. Home cooked dinner was our favourite of any homestay in Indonesia! Breakfast was also delicious, pancakes with fresh papaya.
Location was also great, easy to walk around, a short walk from the waterfall trailhead or sunrise views over rice terraces.

Beautiful waterfall and hiking, but to many “helpers” trying to make a block off too few tourist a few days before hiking season, around town. They are very nice but it was sad to have to say no thank you so much.

The waterfall walk at Senaru was a bit slippery, and the trek to the main waterfall requires sensible shoes and includes crossing the creek, so you will get wet feet. We didn't use a guide but reccommend you do as it is not always clear where to go. We also uses the scooter riders instead of waling back up the hill. Well worth it, some great views over the valley, but the track is narrow and steep on one side so if you are afraid of heights maybe think twice.

If you like traveling more locally and away from tourists, this is the place. The staff are very welcoming to tourists to join them for meals or guitar playing, or tea. It is up in the mountains with gorgeous views.

Senaru is still a relatively unspoilt Lombok town, and the main 'base camp' for treks up the mighty Rinjaru. A wide selection of eateries, with those on the north side of the road overlooking a jungle gorge. In the town the waterfalls are worth a look as well. Most people only stay the night before their trek, and then leave the mountain following. I stayed three nights and its worth it if you have some nice accommodation to shower, rest and recover from your trek.
Well worth a look and a stay.

Due to the 2018 earthquake there is only one hike available involving the mountain or vulcano. This is the two days trek to the vulcano rim. You sleep in a tent close to the rim and enjoy the amazing view and sunset. I would recommend this trip to everyone except children under 15 and old people, because it's not the easiest hike.
Besides this trip, there's a short (two hours return) hike past two waterfalls. Worth checking out ehen you're there.
