Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Friendly personal service, with the opportunity to order from an ala carte. Friendly staff. Hotel quite near to a metro stop. The whole hotel seems to be scented, which is pleasant but odd. The gym downstairs is well-equipped for most people, swimming pool is large enough for a little swim and some lounging around. Loads of options for food and drinks, surprisingly fairly priced. Surprisingly not obscenely expensive for a single room during a time when all the hotels in the area were booked.

Das Amauris Vienna - Relais & Châteaux ist ein elegantes und modernes Designhotel direkt im Stadtzentrum an der berühmten Ringstraße, 200 m von der Staatsoper entfernt. The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!

Very decent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Honestly, i expected more pension type hotel but it is a hidden gem in very center of Vienna. Stylish lobby and great design give feeling feeling of high-level hotel. My room was small but convinient and cozy. My room was looking towards inside patio - no view but they try to make it stylish too, great idea with these balls. Totally like it. Not noisy at all. Great experience. I hesitated before booking but the hotel exceeded my expetation.

Das O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna liegt gegenüber der weltberühmten Wiener Staatsoper, direkt an der Ringstraße zum Wienertor. sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet! das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
