Super friendly and helpful staff (traveling with a large dog). Also safe and clean underground parking is a plus.

Located next to the Gasometer City shopping and entertainment centre and only a 2-minute walk from the underground station (U3), Roomz Vienna offers free internet and parking at reasonable rates. It was cleaned, comfortable. Near the metro station , also near the FlixBus station. Staff was kind and supper helpful

We had very good stay, room was quite comfortable, I cannot find any serious thing to complain about, there is also access to common room which can be used before check-in or after check-out and a luggage room with locks to leave the baggage (padlocks were provided), location was fine, metro station is close so it is not a problem to get to the center

As family with 3 kids, all our needs were already available in the apartment. AC available in all rooms is great after coming back from hot summer day touring in the city. The host: the host family will treat you as a dear guest more than a tenant, from the time before check in till after you leave.
