The location was beautiful and it all started when we checked in with Billy! Such a professional, kind and just overall lovely person. He made us just feel so welcome and appreciated. When we had problems with our room, he and his female coworker (who’s name I don’t know) and Charles were eager to help us with a solution, which again, made us feel very much appreciated!
