Well set in the centre of Melbourne, Next Hotel Melbourne, Curio Collection by Hilton provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. What sets this hotel apart from other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at in Australia and elsewhere is their exceptional customer service. All delivered in a friendly, helpful way without being stuffy or obsequious. The hotel seems fairly new. It’s very modern in its design and is immaculate. We had a Deluxe King room, which was spacious, comfortable for a 6-night stay, and very well-designed. Two examples of how well thought out the guest rooms are: 1) blackout shades completely block out light because they sit in a metal frame; 2) besides a desk, closet and other cabinetry, rooms have a long, built-in bench that holds two open roller bags plus hang luggage. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine. (As an American, I was quite surprised that most of the other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at during our trip to Australia only had instant coffee in the room.) We would absolutely stay here again if we were in Melbourne.

Located in a historic 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the boutique Treasury on Collins offers self-contained accommodation, well-positioned for trams, buses and taxis. Best location , all the staffs were all helpful. We were able to have great English breakfast and at the same venue, there are snacks , Soda, water until 10pm, available at any time. That was a huge plus !

Located within a heritage icon, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto encapsulates the glamour, grace and grandeur of history past. Good location, everyone knows the street and you could literally eat or drink as you step out. The hotel has entrances on both sides - Collins as well as Little Collins Street. It is located in the free zone Tram area. The rooms are excellent, though the washrooms are smaller as compared to other hotels(where we stayed). Breakfast is good. They gave small activity books to my kids when we checked in, which was a nice gesture.

Located on Collins Street, perfectly positioned in the heart of Melbourne's shopping, dining and theatre centre, Grand Hyatt Melbourne comprises of luxurious guest rooms, and premium suites, all... Everything was enjoyable..........staff, facility, food

The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes' walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. The room view was great over the central city. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the overall central Melbourne CBD and theatre district location was brilliant for us.

Located at the Paris-end of Collins Street in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins offers 363 luxurious rooms and suites located on levels 36 - 50 of the hotel. The staff went over and above to ensure my daughter and son in law had a superb anniversary weekend. I can't thank you enough .

Located in Melbourne CBD, City Square Motel is a 3-minute walk from Flinders Street Station. Located across the city square, the motel offers rooms with a private bathroom. The room was if a very nice size, it was clean, the bed was comfortable they also provided a blanket

Batman’s Hill on Collins is located in Melbourne CBD, opposite Southern Cross train station. It offers 2 stylish restaurants and 2 bars, plus 24-hour room service. The location is absolutely for getting into the city etc. The staff were exceptionally pleasant on every occasion. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in the super comfy bed

Located in Melbourne CBD, Novotel Melbourne on Collins is just 300-metres from the iconic Bourke Street Mall. The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.
