What sets this hotel apart from other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at in Australia and elsewhere is their exceptional customer service. All delivered in a friendly, helpful way without being stuffy or obsequious. The hotel seems fairly new. It’s very modern in its design and is immaculate. We had a Deluxe King room, which was spacious, comfortable for a 6-night stay, and very well-designed. Two examples of how well thought out the guest rooms are: 1) blackout shades completely block out light because they sit in a metal frame; 2) besides a desk, closet and other cabinetry, rooms have a long, built-in bench that holds two open roller bags plus hang luggage. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine. (As an American, I was quite surprised that most of the other 5 star luxury hotels we stayed at during our trip to Australia only had instant coffee in the room.) We would absolutely stay here again if we were in Melbourne.

Excellent location, almost at the central of CBD, traffic is very convenient. Facilities in the room also more than sufficient Very tidy and clean, felt warm and comfortable.

Located within a heritage icon, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto encapsulates the glamour, grace and grandeur of history past. Everyone was very nice, very helpful. They were very very accommodating. We were very impressed!!

The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes' walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. Perfect, very convenience and close to attraction places. Tram stations just a few minutes walk. Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is big, clean and comfortable.

Located at the Paris-end of Collins Street in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins offers 363 luxurious rooms and suites located on levels 36 - 50 of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We went back the second day too. The room was very cosy & the staff were so very helpful & really nice.

City Square Motel ligger i Melbournes centrala affärsdistrikt, knappt 5 minuters promenad från Flinders Street Station. Motellet ligger på andra sidan torget och erbjuder rum med eget badrum. ALL OK BUT IN THE MID NIGHT SO MUCH NOSIE EVERY DAY. WE HAVE INFROM TO THE FRONT OFFICE LADY
