This Hotel can easily satisfy any taste one can have, and if you like history it will be just perfect as it is located on top of a Roman bath which they took a lot of trouble and passion to preserve according to the best standards. This is a destination to come back over and over again!

What an incredible hotel - located right in the old city. Perfect! There is parking available which is really nice, as you can't enter that area without special permission usually! Each day between 4-11pm there was free local wine and cheese. This was one of the highlights of our stay! Breakfast was great! They had unlimited coffee/tea all day which was a bonus! We stayed in the ground floor room and found it to be very big and comfortable

The elegant Family Hotel at Renaissance Square is housed in a restored 19th century mansion located in the Old Town of Plovdiv. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The owner was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips to see the city. He is made for hospitality. The room looked beautiful, and breakfast was great.

Even before we came, we asked a few questions, and he took them very seriously and incorporated our personal concerns into our stay, in ways that no other hotel did. Moreover, he was able to give us a lot of practical information about Plovdiv, Bulgaria as a whole, and even Serbia. He also makes breakfast personally, so it's possible to ask for something specific. TL;DR: It's extremely rare to see a hotelier who cares this much about their guests and their needs and wants. This alone gives the place a 10. Also: * Impeccable cleanliness * Good location right next to the old town * Several parking spots available
