Locatie in mooi stadsgedeelte van RIO . Helemaal anders dan het strandgedeelte . Genoeg restaurants op wandelafstand . Het hotel zelf is prachtig , mooie kamers ( we hadden er 4 met onze groep) comfortabele bedden , een prachtig terras met zwembad en schitterend uitzicht op de stad . Een rustige plek in de stad !

The hotel was fabulous and exquisitely refurbished (like, straight out of a design magazine) , with a beautiful garden full of exotic birds and a beautiful swimming pool. If that wasn’t enough what makes it even more special is the staff; everyone is so very kind and polite and genuinely friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and accommodate your every request. They make you feel very well looked after and as if you were visiting friends (rather than staying at an hotel). They anticipate your very need before you even tell them! I felt very comfortable and at ease and loved staying there!

Located in the historical and cultural heart of Rio de Janeiro, this 5-star boutique hotel offers a unique concept of tropical design and panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro’s bay. Het hotel en de kamers zijn prachtig ingericht en heel personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er zit een heel goed restaurant bij met waanzinnig uitzicht, ontbijt was ook heerlijk en uitgebreid.

Tião Botelho Guest House in Rio de Janeiro biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een barbecue. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Moreover, the host was extremely friendly and very eager to help, advise or give recommendations. Would definitely book the accommodation if traveling to Rio again!

Casa Nova Hotel ligt in in de trendy wijk Lapa in het centrum van Rio de Janeiro, op 10 km afstand van het standbeeld Christus de Verlosser. De accommodatie heeft een eigen bar. clean and location was great, next to the hustle and bustle of the city. staff super friendly and helpful and breakfast was great and a lot of options

Vila Galé ligt midden in het centrum van Rio de Janeiro en biedt een buitenzwembad. Het hotel beschikt over een compleet wellnesscentrum en de gasten kunnen genieten van een eigen restaurant en bar. Vila Galé doesn't disappoint you. From the moment you arrive, you are treated with respect and that warm welcome to Rio. This is our second visit. We chose the renovated antique rooms, high ceilings, with "garden view". Some on the first floor, so do bear in mind there are steps to carry your case up, or if a senior, this because lots of Cruise passengers choose to stay here, close to the port terminal of Mauá. Perhaps choose the modern rooms with lift access would suit better. The breakfast is excellent! Airy place, plenty of tables and food Brazilian breakfast to it's best. To pass the time, the picturesque swimming pool is not only a picture perfect but also warm to swim and catch a bit of sun by the umbrellas, whilst getting the waiter to bring you some refreshments. There's a small shop selling women's "light clothes" with Brazilian fabrics and bright flowers and colours. Check in is 3pm but they can store your bags, also on departure, as check our midday. Nothing is too small to please customers. I really recommend here. And we had dinner as well, not included in the rates, but not disappointed either. A brilliant chef coming up with a simple but delicious menu. The area didn't disappoint. A barber opposite, chemists and 3 big supermarkets (turn right from the reception around 15 min walk. One interesting thing was to find that the supermarkets are cash only or pix payments that I don't have a clue what it is. I just want to point out that the location of the hotel is excellent to explore Rio, walking out catching that Uber to Sugar Loaf is as easy as close. A big thank you to the manager, that made me feel at home. If you arrive very early, and they have rooms available, you can go to your room but will pay 1/3 of the rate. It was a saving grace for us as we don't sleep on planes. And the breakfast (not that we were hungry, was good to have a bowl of fruit and tea then crash in bed. Worth asking.

I just loved staying right by the carnival blocks! Awesome neighborhood, the bars, the food, the comfort of the room... flawless.

Viña Del Mar beschikt over kamers in de artistieke wijk Arco da Lapa. Dit hotel ligt op een steenworp afstand van het metrostation Cinelândia en op slechts 1 km afstand van het Flamenco-strand. Locatie t.o.v de Trappen is zeer gunstig Voor 1 nacht acceptabel
