The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies working in the restaurant. Vivienne was very attentive and kind, always with a smile and good morning! Even though English was a barrier, I found it easy to communicate. Good spot for navigating the rest of the city (in Uber). The Cathedral, Mechado, and other neighbourhoods were not far. Also, there is a parking garage (which I did not use) that was very reasonably priced (R$15 for 12 hours).

Very quiet room (326). There is no noise either inside or from outside. Excellent mattress. Sleeping is perfect. Location is good (5 minuts walking to metro station). Hot water pressure is perfect. Very clean room. The hotel and it's territory are well guarded. Freindly and helpful staff. The price was more then reasonable. Recommended place.

Ovaj hotel se nalazi na 1 km od stanice metroa Brás. U ponudi su doručak na bazi švedskog stola i posluga u sobi. Objekat poseduje snek bar. Staff, breakfast and location I had wrongly booked the room for the following day, and I realised after the receptionist told me so. He offered me what seemed to be the only room left. I paid over 300,00 for a room with no windows but I accepted I got the date wrong. So cannot complain.

In a residential area, the hotel São Paulo Tatuapé Affiliated by Meliá stands for its portliness and wideness. A very nice hotel, the sauna was closed and also the hotel reception was being re-decorated at the time of our stay but we enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless. This is the second time we have stayed here and will be back again.
