I loved that all the tools/facilities you could ever want were there - kettle, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge + freezer, plates + cutlery, kitchen towels. Plenty of towels, clothes hangers, storage. It was all clean and the whole place smelled nice.

Best location in Old Montreal, just beside the cathedral and walking distance to the port area. Hotel room and service was top-notch. Big rooms, good beddings and Le Labo for toiletries make a very good experience.

My husband and I stayed at William Gray for 3 nights. it is in a perfect location in the old town area of Montreal. we were just steps away from nice restaurants, bars and shops. we loved the old world feel of the part of the hotel we stayed in which was from the 1800’s but modernly appointed. I have to say on the first morning I woke and told my husband that it was the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed in. I heard nothing at all the whole night.

Located just 4 minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame Basilica, this Old Montreal hotel features an on-site restaurant and private terrace or balcony in certain rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bonaparte hotel. It is a small hotel with a very accommodating staff. The rooms are charming even equipped with a hidden ironing board…very cute. The morning breakfast, which is creatively delivered to your door, is good and filling. We also enjoyed a very good meal at its excellent restaurant. The hotel is well situated and quite close to many restaurants and the starting point for many of the walking tours. This is also the perfect hotel if you come to Montreal prior to a cruise. It is an easy five minute walk down hill to the cruise port.
