Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! is situated on the beautiful lake promenade of Locarno, a few steps from the city centre. Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Set in Locarno and within 600 metres of Piazza Grande Locarno, Binario 934 Boutique Hotel has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Very quiet so don't worry about being so close to station. This and the Ticino card provided by hotel allowed us to take numerous day trips, and even go down to Lugano and back for dinner. Few minutes walk to lake, but don't stay here if you want a balcony and lake view. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Set on the lakeshore promenade of Lake Maggiore, Hotel Geranio Au Lac is only 100 metres from the Locarno Train Station and the city centre. It offers a breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room with balcony and lake view. Good breakfast.

@ Home Hotel Locarno offers a central location in Locarno, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Maggiore, the Piazza Grande, and the Muralto Locarno train station. Everything was beyond exceptional! Very friendly staff and really good location. Free parking really helped! They even upgraded the room for us for free, best room in the hotel with a beautiful view of locarno!

Vuosina 2012-2013 täysin uusittu Hotel Rio Muralto sijaitsee 1800-luvulta peräisin olevassa huvilarakennuksessa keskustassa. The hotel is very close to the train station, just in one minute walk. The staff are very nice! Because I arrived at the midnight, they told me how to get the key and it's very convenient. The breakfast is also very good.

Located in Muralto, Miralago Locarno Easy Rooms is just 50 metres from the promenade on Lake Maggiore, 500 metres from Locarno's centre and 200 metres from the harbour. It offers free Wi-Fi. Wonderful place, extremely friendly staff and perfect location- near to the train station, near to the lake. Just wonderful!!!
