The Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador can be found next to Zurich's opera house and to Lake Zurich, right in the heart of the city. WiFi is available in the entire property free of charge. This is the best hotel we have ever been in. The location is just perfect, the hotel is close to the main attractions within a walking distance. The staff is very polite and helpful. Amy and Jasmine were extremely kind and nice. Breakfast great. Just the perfect place to stay.

Professional staff specially the gentleman in the reception, he works with an intention to make customers satisfied and always offer assistance. The restaurant and bar are very good. I stayed in a presidential suite which has excellent facilities such as Jacuzzi and souna , two floors and is very good for family with four kids. Excellent beds.
