Location is great! Hotel rooms are modern, world class and big. Staff made sure we were served very well, kudos to the Club Floor Managers specially Kate and Ruby. Housekeeping staff are very well trained. Concierge is very helpful specially on cases when the local language becomes prohibitive.

The location is in a quiet street off Beijing Road, so close to the metro, shops and eating houses and the river, The room is well equipped and clean, like a 5 star hotel. Most of all, the staff (front desk, cleaning, breakfast room) are so friendly and helpful,,top service indeed! Especially, manager Qiu Qiu who is a real gem. We will go back there when we go to Guangzhou again for sure.
