Host is very sweet, she’s got every information you need in Hangzhou and would give you a detailed introduction. I like her voice that makes me at ease. Definitely recommend it.

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

El Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel Hangzhou, situado a solo 5 minutos en coche del templo de Lingyin, ofrece habitaciones bien decoradas con conexión WiFi gratuita. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The room was great, decent size and comfortable. It is in a great location to view west lake but it also is not far from the city. I would stay here again.
