Location is great, you can walk to the temples or the lake. They provide many different kinds of food for Breakfast. Guest room is pretty big and cozy, and the view is good. Host is very sweet, she’s got every information you need in Hangzhou and would give you a detailed introduction. I like her voice that makes me at ease. Definitely recommend it.

The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The room was great, decent size and comfortable. It is in a great location to view west lake but it also is not far from the city. I would stay here again.
