I gave this 10/10 just for the Manager with glasses he helped with an issue with bed so he changed my room, and for the lady in the Breakfast area she is amazing and friendly, but the guy in the reception refused to help me and asked me to pay for the changing room and that was on my first day of arrival !!! Very bad customer service from him it was on the 14/9 at night i think you should gave him some training course with customer service or let him work in the gas station next to the hotel.

Outstandingly good location, beautiful view to the Prague from the upper floors, very pleasant design of the area around the hotel, and very nice interior. Good service beginning with reception, restaurant, ending with the cleaning staff. Fresh air. We slept like babies. The bathtub in our room was a luxury plus. Good food. We had a great time there. TOP HOTEL Praha is easily accessible from the highway 1 and 800 metres from the Chodov Shopping Centre. It offers an indoor pool, a hot tub, a solarium, a gym, several tennis courts and 2 receptions. We didnt get room like on picture..but hotel was nice and clean,personel was friendly.breakfast ok...plenty choice...you can't say i was hungry

Home Le Fameはプラハにある宿泊施設で、アクアパレスから8.1km、ヴィシェフラットから8.7kmです。無料WiFiと庭を提供しています。 タイルフロアのユニットには設備の整った簡易キッチン（冷蔵庫付）、薄型テレビ、専用バスルーム（シャワー、無料バスアメニティ付）が備わります。 Home Le... 広くて綺麗で新しかった。 割ときちんとしたデスクがありPC作業もできた。 プラハ中心部から離れているものの、地下鉄に乗ればすぐだったのでそこまで不満は感じなかった。駅からも少し離れているが、治安の良さそうなエリアで、夜でも人が何人か歩いているので危険は感じなかった。 なお、最初来た時にショッピングセンターの方に入ってしまい、たどり着くのに時間がかかってしまった。ショッピングセンターを通っていたら巨大すぎて出るのも時間がかかるので、そもそもショッピングセンターに通じていない出口から出た方が良い。

The flat is amazing, it had everything one could possibly desire and it is located right next to a metro station. Great if you want to have some privacy, while still enjoying the vibrant city of Prague. There is a tesco close buy and a mall complex one metro station away. The bed is very comfortable and possibly the best I've ever slept on!
