Note that Park in street is possible, but 4 hours max per day and for ... 8€ too ! => Without expecting it, they've nicely upgraded our room to their biggest one :-O !!!!! A whole cozy and charming and comfortable flat instead of a room. => Even if we did not request it, they've still installed a baby bed for our kid :-). => Breakfast was vert good :-) !!! => People were all very nice and helpful :-) => Hotel situated at less than 5 min from the tramway station (20-25 min to Koln Centrum) and a Big supermarket.

Thomas was amazing from start to finish and a great communicator so we knew everything we needed to know about our stay. Comfy beds, gorgeous balcony, great neighbourhood for food/drinks etc, great transport links. We would happily stay there again. Thanks Thomas!

Spacious, clean, bright, comfortable. There are a lot of cute details, storage spaces (shelves, cabinets), and a special mention must be made about the kitchen - it had everything you might need and even more! A wonderful balcony with a pleasant view, a large bed, an incredible bathroom (it was spacious for us with two children😊). And I also wanted to say about the owner - he told us everything in great detail and forgave us for the mistake afterwards. Overall, I fully recommend this place!
