Exceptionally warm and considerate staff. I was more than satisfied with all the commodities in the hotel, as well as its location in the historical centre of Freiburg. 5/5

Very nice hotel right in the old town and close to a lot of cute shops. Getting there was easy using the tram. The staff was very nice and friendly, allowed me to check in when I arrived even though it was a bit before the official check in time. The classic double room was more than large enough for one person, clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and modern. Great value and highly recommended!

Η οικογενειακή επιχείρηση Gasthaus Löwen βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία στην παλιά πόλη του Freiburg im Breisgau, σε απόσταση 100μ. από τον Ιερό Ναό του Freiburg. Location is key. They are just right inside the old city and you can reach the most beautiful arquitecture just walking. The reception/Bar staff was Amazing and so kind. They made my staying there so much better. The girl who checked me in just did it at 9 pm because my train arrived late and they didn’t hesitate to show me my room and also explain to me about breakfast time and the facilities like the showers, etc. They knew that I would stay for the 1st of May and my train back to Paris would leave on May 2nd at 6 am and they just let my breakfast at the door to go( sandwich and coffee) since I wouldn’t be able to get breakfast at the hotel hours for my very early checkout. So Five stars to this amazing Staff.
