This hotel is Germany’s oldest guesthouse and is located right in the Old Town of Freiburg in the beautiful area between the Schwabentor (Swabian gate) and the cathedral. It was very conveniently located to the places of interest and the local transit. Wish we could stay longer!

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was very good. The staff always tries to do their best. Room condition was very good, breakfast was good and sufficient. It is very close to the city center, very close to shopping centers, it is possible to stop by the hotel while touring the city center. 12 minutes walking distance from the central train station. There is a supermarket right next to it that is open until 22:00. Nearby, it is possible to find a restaurant open until late.

This hotel lies in the heart of Freiburg, directly at the cathedral square. Unbeatable location. Clean renewed rooms. We got one with a view to the cathedral.

Situated in the heart of Freiburg, the family-run Central Hotel offers comfortable rooms with free breakfast, and a cosy bar. The Münster (cathedral) and university are a 3-minute walk away. Exceptionally warm and considerate staff. I was more than satisfied with all the commodities in the hotel, as well as its location in the historical centre of Freiburg. 5/5

This hotel is a historic building which offers charming accommodation in the heart of Freiburg, close to all main sights including Freiburg Cathedral. Very nice hotel right in the old town and close to a lot of cute shops. Getting there was easy using the tram. The staff was very nice and friendly, allowed me to check in when I arrived even though it was a bit before the official check in time. The classic double room was more than large enough for one person, clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and modern. Great value and highly recommended!

This historic, privately run hotel in Freiburg’s old quarter is located in the heart of the pedestrian area, directly opposite the famous cathedral. It serves delicious regional cuisine. Location is the best and service is excellent

Pereettevõttena tegutsev Gasthaus Löwen asub mugavalt Freiburg im Breisgau vanalinnas, 100 meetri kaugusel Freiburgi Minskist. The staff were very forthcoming by letting me in late at night, due to unforeseen delays.

Hotell & Restaurant Sichelschmiede asub Freiburg im Breisgaus. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja baar. Full of character, comfortable, very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the restaurant too. Good location in the old town.
