Located in a private park directly on the banks of Lake Constance, this elegant villa in Konstanz offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. Its pretty garden offers great views of the lake and Alps. The hotel is on the lake-side. You can park in the hotel entrance (just a few spaces) or in the road outside. We were able to have a long walk along the promenade (and even saw some brave soul swimming in November). The scenery across the lake to the alps is epic? Our room had lots of extras that you wouldn't get in an ordinary hotel such as a minibar with free water, snacks and a Nespresso machine. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in. It's a short walk from the town and there are a couple of places to eat within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. The person who met us at reception was lovely.

From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding villas, lake and mountains. The lake is a few minutes walk. On Wednesday we saw a small fair with farm products on a nearby street. There are bus stops and public parking nearby. There is a small parking area for bicycles in the villa's garden. The owners are very nice people.
