The hotel and the room were modern, with modern equipment and bathroom fittings. The staff talked pleasantly and was very kind. We had no problems checking in. The bed was very very comfy!!!

Full Renovated in 2018. In 2022 Novotel Munchen City was expanded with 67 additional rooms in the new building connected to the existing one. Desayuno espectacular!!! Muy buena ubicación. Los niños amaron la piscina.

Este hotel de 4 estrellas goza de una ubicación tranquila en el distrito de Haidhausen, Múnich, a sólo 5 minutos a pie del Museo Alemán. The location was great and the property is very clean and tidy. The hotel was so friendly and welcoming and we wanted to pay particular thanks to the staff especially Anton and Merdad (apologies if we spelled it wrong!) who were so good to us when we needed to extend our stay due to heavy snow and cancelled flights they did so much to reassure us and make our trip very enjoyable. We will certainly return to the hotel in the future
