Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood with good connections with the city centre (tram and bus lines right next to the hotel and a 10 minute walk to the metro and train station (Ostbanhof, with direct trains from the airport). I was worried that my room would be noisy because there's a construction site in front of the hotel but they gave a room on the opposite side of the building and I didn't hear any construction noise. The room was clean and had the neccesary ammenities, I appreciated that there were many power outlets. The recepcionist, Pietro, was really nice and made the effort to speak Spanish when I checked in.

Full Renovated in 2018. In 2022 Novotel Munchen City was expanded with 67 additional rooms in the new building connected to the existing one. Beautiful hotel , very clean , very nice spa area , we were satisfied, I recommend this hotel

Very nice, big room and clean. Heating (radiator) was good in bathroom and in the room and it was adjustable (unlike in many other hotels where it was actually cold in the room). Minibar was for free with great Munich beer. Excellent breakfast!!!
