Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Great apartment with a great host! We fully enjoyed the host's kind explanation as well as tasty fruits. Neighbors were also gentle. If I grab another chance to visit Munich in the near future, I will choose this apartment again.

This serviced apartment in Munich's popular district Schwabing, offers modern and elegant rooms with free WiFi. The Hohenzollernplatz underground station is only 300 metres away. The property is very well located (Schwabing) and really close to a metro stop (only four stops away from the main station). The studio apartments are very modern, clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom even has floor heating. Most noticeably, the staff of the property was very friendly and welcoming! We had some issues checking in (late at night), and the staff was easy to reach (we called them), very patient and helpful! 11/10 for the staff!
