The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was in the build across the street, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious. I was visiting Tallinn in the middle of winter and I couldn't imagine it is so beautiful at this time of the year.

Room was clean, enough space, very good breakfast- variety choices. It was easy to locate from Baltijaam station. Accessible area from going to public transportation and tourist places. It was quiet, located in the old down town. The main tourist places are just walkable, and restaurant and super markets are not a distance.

Staffs answered my all questions. Including bus ticket, the way to coach station and spa ticket. The room is cozy with good sunshine in the morning. There are pharmacy and supermarkets close to hotel. Just 5mins walk to old town. Perfect!
