Almadiafa is a wonderful hotel in downtown Cairo, overlooking Tahrir square where we spent 3 nights in total. The location makes the hotel a perfect hub to explore Cairo. The staff is very polite and attentive and they will do their best to make the guests feel happy. We got a free upgrade to a room with a large balcony and a special treatment (our room was decorated with flowers) after our request to change room when we realized that the one they had prepared for us was a smokers’ room. The hotel owner followed up on this personally. This made us feel special and well taken care of! Breakfast is adapted to the covid-19 situation (served in a box at the room). The staff will be happy to modify the breakfast menu according to the guest’s wish. All in all, a memorable stay!
