The reception staff, especially Mr Ahmed Khalaf helped us a great deal with the room arrangements and was very professional throughout. Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality. Staff at the adult pool and beach area were particularly attentive. The executive chef was giving us food recommendations and always followed up, that was really cool! Guest relations team was asking for feedback throughout our stay to make sure everything is going well. Overall it was the best experience.

The quality of every detail. Comfortable bed and large comfortable rooms and huge bathroom. Pool right outside room, with bar with soft and alcohol drinks. Exceptional service and kind staff. Beautiful gardens and pools. Great and variety of foods and restaurants. High standard animation shows in the evenings.

We had a memorable stay at the resort. Beautiful place, great pools, poolside bars and activities, tidy rooms & cleaning staff. All-inclusive option allows you to eat and drink as much as you want and the food options were nice. Very welcoming and smiling people everywhere. Staff like Kareem and Ahmed made our visits comfortable at the restaurants.. children miss them now! Overall great!!

Traveling with an infant was easy in the hotel. There was something for every age group. The family-friendly activities were good with both our little one and us. We were upgraded to a pool view room due to a delay in our travel plans. The gesture was truly appreciated and added an extra level of luxury to our stay. The food options were equally good, with a wide variety of choices. The kids' buffet was a standout feature and made dining with our little one a stress-free experience. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at this hotel. We highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
