Set in Carcassonne's circular walls, Hotel de la Cite Carcassonne - MGallery Collection is set in a Medieval-style chateau. The location is unique and unbeatable. Although right in the center of the castle, it has got ample private terraces and gardens with spectacular views. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the service at high level very much in line with what is a true 5-star hotel. It was my birthday and it was a very nice touch to get a personal card with a complimentary bottle of Champagne

Located in the heart of the medieval city of Carcassonne, Hôtel Le Donjon - Cœur de La Cité Médiévale is surrounded by the city’s ancient ramparts. The hotel features a restaurant and bar. Great location with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is exceptional, everything is so fresh and of such high quality - beautiful hams, cheeses, fruits, bread…..the majority of the produce being home made and sourced from local villages around Carcassone . Loli, the member of staff that manages breakfast, was extremely kind and welcoming. The whole experience was so pleasurable. Thank you 🙏

This place was brilliant. Very easy to get into via the lock box and it was a great space for our family to sit back, relax and enjoy. Very clean, very tidy, large spaces and comfy beds! Host was very easy to deal with and was prompt in all correspondence. Would def stay here again!
