Very friendly and helpful owners at the hotel. Small but comfortable room. We appreciated the bottles of water and sweets in our room every day. The courtyard was very pretty with all the plants and flowers and a lovely place to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet choice was good and we really enjoyed it.

The apartment is well located to the airport and St. Augustine station from where you can take a train to Cannes, Monaco, etc. Well equipped, 2 bathrooms, towels, fridge, stove, iron, microwave etc but not well insulated and you can hear noise from the street as well as planes landing/taking off but generally after 11pm the traffic slows down and can sleep. The host and his wife are very kind. I recommend this apartment and would stay there again on my next trip.

Location was awesome. Super close to train L2. Close to groceries and beach. Place was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

The apartment was large, bright and clean with some basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept well (with earplugs - the promenade is a lively spot!). We loved spending time on the sunny balcony, enjoying the view and the spring sunshine. The location of the apartment was great, we walked the promenade home from the old town one of the nights, otherwise the tram outside the door was really convenient . Geraldine, our host, was fabulous, very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any messages.
