Our stay was amazing from start to finish . Donna and Chris are fabulous hosts , nothing was too much trouble for them . Chris brought our cases up to our rooms for us , great help with my room being on the second floor . I took a fan with me as the weather was hot but the hosts had already thought of this and fans were situated in all rooms . Big thumbs up 👍 Room and bathroom extremely clean . Bed super comfy too .Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a big bottle of water provided each day .Lovely bar and lounge area with drinks available to buy at very reasonable prices . Breakfast was delicious, amazing quality and one of my favourites , fried bread . Guest house close to central pier and easy walking distance to all of the attractions. Upon my return to Blackpool I would definitely book this guest house again , for the price we paid and the service provided , it was excellent value for money !

Fantastic host, welcomed us in and showed us to out room explained everything about the hotel to us. Great sized room with big TV, robes, slippers shower gels and got drink making facilities. Hotel is situated in an excellent location pretty much in-between the tower and the pleasure beach with a tram stop nearby if you don't fancy walking. We come to Blackpool around the same time for a few nights every year and this will be the hotel we will look at first going forward.

Josie was lovely. Always smiley, chatty + cheerful.🥰 Spoke to other staff who were also very nice +polite. Will definitely be stay again. Such a shame rooms were booked up for the dates we wanted in August. 😢
