Situato in splendida posizione a Londra, lo YOTEL London City offre camere climatizzate, un centro fitness, il WiFi gratuito e una sala in comune. Questo hotel a 4 stelle ospita un bar. We stayed at YOTEL for almost two weeks. The place is incredible. It was very clean (both the rooms and the common areas). We chose to have breakfast included and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The breakfast was buffet style continental. Also we liked that it had lactose free choices. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and ours was on the 7th floor with a great view. Spacious bed with a flat screen that connected to your phone to stream Netflix YouTube or whatever you like. The hotel is well located only 5 minutes from Farringdon station that enabled you to travel across London in no time. Also there was a bus station outside of the hotel that was very convenient as it had also a 24hr bus. Also, there was a tesco market and co op market within 5 minutes from the hotel. Great choice if you are visiting London. We definitely recommend it.

I travel a lot, so I have seen a fair share of hotel rooms and I have experienced different types of people among staff - this stay was exceptional thanks to an exceptional person at the front desk - Carmela. When we arrived at the hotel, almost five hours before standard check-in time, my husband was very ill, we had to cancel our flights and spend an additional night in London. Carmela showed us a lot of compassion and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was very professional and at the same time very understanding, warm and supportive. It was only because of her empathy and care that my husband could rest and we could make it for our morning flight back home. She has amazing interpersonal skills, knows her job very well and she's a great communicator. She also knows how to balance being a company employee with simply being a good human. This is what hospitality means and I hope her employer knows how great an asset Carmela is for the brand. Thanks again and we will be back because of this particular person. Oh, and the rooms - we know NHOW from Berlin and we like the comfortable beds, the spacious bathrooms and well-equipped refreshments station. Highly recommended!

Il Montcalm Royal London House sorge nel vivace cuore di Londra, adiacente al Finsbury Square Garden e a pochi passi da Liverpool Street. Really handy location close to Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Nice and quiet and easy to get to all parts of London. Within walking distance of Brick Lane and Spitalfields markets which are amazing for street food. Nice spa and gym that are free to use. Perfect after a long day waking about. Friendly staff, especially the lovely doormen 😀

Posizione eccellente, stanze spaziose e silenziose (alcune sono in ristrutturazione), rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Lo staff è gentile ed amichevole. Buona la colazione.

Situato a Londra, a 1,5 km dalla Cattedrale di St Paul, il Fox and Anchor offre un ristorante, un bar e una vista sulla città. L'idea tipicamente "british" di avere un pub con stanze sopra è interessante. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metro di Farrington. La colazione è esclusa ma si fa al pub sotto, dove peraltro si fa anche il check-in e il check-out. La colazione molto buona e variegata. Ma a pagamento extra. Il personale molto affabile. Ambiente molto accogliente. Stanze arredate bene in stile Old England.

The Zetter is a quirky Georgian hotel located on a picturesque cobbled square in Clerkenwell, London. it was my partners birthday, the staff were so lovely and bought us complimentary drinks on multiple occasions! the hotel itself is amazing, SO quirky and so different to anywhere we’ve stayed before! would 100% recommend if you’re after good service, a new experience and good value in London!

Costruito in stile urbano contemporaneo e situato a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Stazione di Liverpool Street con la nuova Elizabeth Line che fornisce collegamenti diretti dall'aeroporto di Heathrow in 40... I would like to give a big shoutout to the front desk staff, Daria! 1. Due to the deposit requirement, I noticed some stains on the chair cushions after checking in and immediately reported it to the front desk, explaining that it wasn't caused by me. Daria promptly responded, saying, "Please let us take care of it!" 2. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage until the evening. I asked Daria where I could buy a cardboard box. Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era! I am truly, deeply grateful.
