Amazing stay in lovely hotel sourounded by pine wood smeling wonderfull, we felt like at home sourounding by kindenes, and real love and care in every aspect of our staying from reception, houskeeping, restoran and pool staff and eaven taxy drivers (company which is hiered by hotel) Vasilis and Pangiotis was so kind and helpfull helping us to enjoy our stay emensly. Lovely beautiful hotel in the heart of magical Kifisia. The room was small but with a huge balcony over looking the green trees of Kifisia. We had everything we need, and all was nice decorated. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too. We will definitely return.

The hotel was brilliant - lovely furnishings, and very clean. The restaurant was lovely too. The location is great - close to a lot of nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent - great customer service (above and beyond). They couldn't do enough for you.

Very nice, clean, big space in a nice safe area with easy public transport options and a very friendly owner. I had to last minute make a change in days (1 day less), and he accepted the refund request no issue. Highly recommend this place.

The house is really nice and clean. The location was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the host also provides some little treats as coffee,tea, croissants wich was a plus. It was a pleasant stay.
