Everything was managed professionally by the owning company and its staff. We overstayed for one hour after checkout and the cleaning personnel were very respectful and kind, waiting for us outside so we could sort out our exit. The location was perfect for us, we had a car and the parking was amazing though a bit tight like most parkings in Greece. Even without a car, the metro station is only 300 meters away. Mall of Athens is also in short walking distance. We had an issue with the wifi signal being weak in our rooms and just by sending a message to the team they fixed it the next day while we were away and put a much better access point for us covering the whole area.
