Judi and her team were amazing from the start of our stay to the finish. We arrived around the Easter holiday (which we were not aware of prior to booking), and Judi was still very accommodating of our check-in timeline despite that. Casa Modiano itself is a beautiful place to stay, exactly as pictured. The ambiance is spectacular and the rooms are very clean, and include most everything you could need. It's nestled in a beautiful street, which if you arrange for gives you a wonderful ocean and thriving small street view. Included in our room was a breakfast at the equally beautiful restaurant Kalderimi with the food to match! We had the opportunity to chat with Judi during our breakfast to help make the most of our days in the area and she was a wealth of knowledge. Thank you a million times to Judi and her team for making this a stay in Chania to remember!

My fiance and I have been travelling for a month throughout Europe, we stayed in Amalfi, Santorini, and all the nice lux places, however we felt very much at home here. The cleanliness and the Japandi architecture is so JUST a bonus to the place. What really made it outstanding was the people, from the cleaner lady, to the momma, to the front desk guy, to Valia! We love you Valia! We really felt the Greek hospitality, they are extremely generous, caring, and kind. My fiance and I just got engaged and they gave us goodies to make it more special. I honestly can't wait to come back and bring our family here. Valia is super responsive, she helped us with booking our taxi, renting our vehicle, our super late check in, and also filled our tummies with goodies. No need to browse around, this place is the best place to stay as its super central to everything. If you come in early, don't worry, they actually store your luggage in a locked and secure room. Although we didn't get to meet them too much, we felt the love! Thank you Thallos <3

Το Flâneur είναι στα Χανιά Πόλη, σε απόσταση 1,6 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Νέα Χώρα και διαθέτει δωμάτια με θέα στην πόλη και δωρεάν WiFi. The location was incredible. Everything in Chania was basically with in walking distance. There was a pretty beach just 5min walk from the hotel. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly. The room was always kept clean. Air conditioning and water pressure in shower were tremendous

Excellent location, right in the geart of the old town, and very near to one of the best sea food restaurants we have tried in Chania - To Maridaki. Actually the lack of breakfast was a very good thing, because we had the chance to try a lot of good restaurants with very tasty and cheap breakfasts. We have stayed on the island 8 nights: 4 in Chania, 2 in Rethimno and 2 in Agios Nikolaos. And this property we liked the most due to the location, cleanliness, and that small balcony which reminded us of Rome.
