The property was amazing and perfectly situated next to the water and the old town. Nothing is far, and parking is easily available! The owner is the nicest and most helpful man ever! Communication was great and many recommendations were given. He even helped us to find better car rentals!

The place is absolutely amazing, right on the promenade of Chania. You can watch the sea waves from your bed. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. There is a terrace you can use. Our room was at the groundfloor , but very good isolated. There is free parking right next to the building. Definitely would come back!

Comfortable with a lot of little amenities that make a huge difference. Staff is friendly and helpful. Awesome views! A few steps from the beach.

Everything was perfect! A beautiful room with an open garden and close to the old port. Going everywhere on foot. The hospitality was mesmerised!

A recently renovated property, SK Luxury Residence is situated in Chania Town near Nea Chora Beach, Saint Anargyri Church and Municipal Art Gallery of Chania. location close to the main attractions of the old town. The area is very quiet and safe. We traveled with my daughter for 6 years and appreciated the proximity to the small city beach. You could have a quick bath ritual and go enjoy the city's attractions. additional attractions include evening live music played by neighbors. A glass of wine on the terrace tasted even better. I recommend visiting the local vegetable market (every Saturday 5 minutes from the apartment). We highly recommend it!

I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail - it truly felt likea home away from home. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The apartment also had fantastic amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the apartment's location. It was conveniently situated in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment was in a safe and secure building, providing peace of mind during my stay. Throughout my time at the apartment, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. In conclusion, my stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect. From the beautiful decor to the convenient location and lovely hosts, every aspect of my experience was flawless. A recently renovated property, Kabanas suite 1 is situated in Chania Town near Koum Kapi Beach, Nea Chora Beach and Saint Anargyri Church. Sissy and Gregory were perfect host’s and provided all the information we needed, including where to eat and places to visit. Kabanas Suite 1 was ideally placed and in a quiet area near the sea front, approximately 5-10 minute walk to the harbour, the hosts also included extra’s which was much appreciated. Thank you.

The apartment is absolutely new and very nice and cozy. We were the first guests. The place is near Koum Kapi beach and within a walking distance from the Old Venetian harbor. We had everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners are two very kind and positive ladies. They welcomed us as their personal guests - with cipuro, home made traditional Greek specialty, home made olive oil, coffee and other compliments from the house. We totally recommend this place.
