The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

As a frequent business/leisure traveller and General Manager I can assure future guests that the humble hospitality, throughout the staff is top level. Luckily I got the chance to speak with both of the MOD and get their input on the daily operation which was fascinating. We were pampered in a way which exceeded my expectation. That does not happen very often. Taken into consideration that this is a 4 star property.
