Boasting a garden, bar and views of city, The Langham, Jakarta is situated in Jakarta, 700 metres from Pacific Place. Everything. From staff to facilities to rooms to location everything was subpar. Very classy hotel. Food is good too. Definitely will stay here again if i’m ever back in jakarta.

The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The location was excellent and the view from the room was great. The room was inclusive of all meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for happy hours and they were awesome. The staff from the security guard, the bellboys, reception, and the lounge at level 21 were very friendly and accommodating, and one felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Willmer who went around to all the tables and inquired about the food and the services. That is something rare in hotels nowadays.

The reason why I stayed there because I'm hosting bridal shower for my best friend, and I'm hosting bridal shower dinner at the restaurant, and bridal shower foto session in the room. The event was successfully and we satisfied with the say. The bride and groom and family stayed at the hotel. They were really satisfied with the service.
