Everything was exceptional. The staff at the reception, restaurant, the pool and the service people were very friendly and very helpful. They did their best to make every guest happy. Great size rooms with balconies. Best location for where I like to be and most of all, the friendly lovely staff are wonderful.

The staff They are absolutely amazing Nothing is ever too much trouble for them They are extremely friendly It was my birthday during my stay and they even surprised me with a birthday cake!!! The food is also fantastic especially the calamari rings and club sandwich. Had a massage in the spa and it was the best.

Aquest hotel està molt ben situat enmig de jardins tropicals, al centre de Kuta, a pocs metres de la bonica platja de sorra blanca de Legian, un lloc molt popular entre els surfistes. Everything. The rooms were spacious, a besutiful view to a green garden, stuff were very polite and helpful, a small beautiful rooftop( was very calm compared to other hotels in Bali), big swimming pool downstairs. I hurted my leg and was planning to leave Bali so booksd this hotel which was close to the airport. Seeing I can not walk they upgraded my room. Special thanks for that.
