Sri Ratih Cottages, CHSE Certified ligt te midden van het tropische groen. Het biedt u een ontspannen verblijf in charmante kamers ingericht in Balinese stijl. Warm ontvangst met een lekker koud welkomst drankje en koude towel. Goede bewaking en ruime kamer met een goed gevulde mini bar. Prachtig zwembad met ligbedden en bediening aanwezig. Iedere dag high tea (met een zoete en hartige snack) van 15-17h bij het zwembad. Een leuk gesture. Geweldige spa aanwezig en wij kregen een 15 min nek-en schouder welkomst massage. Erg vriendelijk personeel en de kamer werd iedere dag weer opgefrist. Maar het grootste feestje was de ruime keuze aan ontbijt. Gepocheerde eieren, breakfast burrito (keuze ui5 10 dingen) met fruit en koffie/thee en sap. Gelegen op een rustige locatie maar met de scooter is het centrum goed bereikbaar. Warung Bernadette ligt er pal naast voor heerlijke gerechten.

Uma Kalai bevindt zich in Ubud, op 3,1 km van Blanco Museum, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een buitenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. Words alone cannot do this resort justice. Uma Kalai surpassed our every expectation. We were picked up from the airport by the smiling and welcoming Mr. Rana who had fresh coconut water and cold towels ready for us. They were definitely needed after a long flight. At the reception, we were welcomed by Mr. Dicky with a hot cup of tea which was delicious. We were then taken to our villa (Tejas) which was impeccably clean. The bed comes equipped with a mosquito net, which is a must in Bali. To this end, they also provide mosquito repellant for the guests which was a thoughtful touch. We always had breakfast at the resort (Amma restaurant), and the dishes were always fresh. We had plans to take trips from the resort (they provide sightseeing tours at a reasonable rate) but our plans were scuppered because of incessant rains. This is where Uma Kalai shone through. The resort spa (Santi Spa) provides excellent massages. The staff, Mrs. Nonik and Mrs. Yuni, is extremely competent and respectful. We took multiple massages at the spa, and we had a great experience. We would recommend the Javanese Royal Lulur and the Deep Tissue Massage. Since the rains were heavy, we ended up eating at the resort restaurant. Chef Murni is a genius. We tried multiple dishes - Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Rendang, Sambhar, Samosa, Lawar Pakis, Spaghetti Aglio Olio. Each dish was delicious and perfectly prepared. Oh, and we love that the chef knows how to make food spicy. It was heavenly. We loved it so much that we even took a cooking class with the chef and learned how to make Sambal and Satay sauce. It was an enriching experience. The staff at the hotel - Mrs. Ekka, Mr. Dicky and Mr. Gusti, was always eager to help. They made us feel like a part of their family. We really enjoyed the fact that they were always available for a casual chat and they told us in detail about Balinese culture and traditions. It was fun to find parallels with Indian culture and traditions. Ms.

Taman Rahasia Tropical Sanctuary and Spa ligt te midden van tropische Balinese tuinen en biedt een rustige accommodatie. The location is superb and staff all very supportive. Like the place very much.

The whole villa was amazing, high privacy, nice pool, small kitchen with cooker helped in dinner and refrigerator, clean toilet with hot shower, towels, teeth brush and paste, hairdryer, clean place, some insects due to the presence in the middle of farms but just keep the door closed, friendly hospitable staff, good light breakfast

Hidden Padma Retreat bevindt zich in Ubud, op 14 minuten lopen van Blanco Museum, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. The hotel is in a very quiet area, but close enough to everything you need, supermarkets, spas, farmers market, restaurants, bars, cafés and more. There is lush green surroundings and the swimming pool is a good size and nice to dip in after a long hot day. The rooms are spacious equipped with a large bed, and very clean. There is also a big balcony where you can relax and unwind. The 3 floor building has a yoga studio at the top where you can practice peacefully.

Svarga Loka Resort in Ubud ligt aan de groene oever van de rivier de Campuhann. Hier verblijf je vlak bij het centrum van Ubud. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een buitenzwembad. WiFi is gratis. Staff were incredibly humble, friendly and attentive. It is centrally located which made it within walking distance to Bitang supermarket, Ubud Central and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very spacious. A good variety to choose from for breakfast. Dinners were well priced. I only realized when we got there that there was no TV, but that was fine.

Tattva Ubud Retreat & Wellness bevindt zich in Ubud, op 4,5 km van Blanco Museum, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een restaurant. Everything was perfect. Whilst it was a 10 min drive to downtown Ubud, you can make the most of the serenity and seclusion.
