Staff of hotel is incredingbly friendly,hospitable and always willing to help and give excellent recommendation. They went above and beyond to make us happy,nothing was a problem for them. Location of hotel is great,on the nice promenade with bus stations just in front of hotel. We definetely recommend Il Salotto della Regina.

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Chiaia district of Naples, Prestige Rooms Chiaia is 1.7 km from Castel dell'Ovo. the staff are extremely nice, they knew we will arrive earlier and they allowed us to leave our luggages at their place. however, when we arrive they already made our room rrady for us which was extremely tidy and huge! Stefanie and her collaguage helped us with EVERYTHING! They booked us a taxi to the ferry port, helped us to book ferry tickets, made sure to take care of our luggages until our ferry comes. They are the best of the best! we also ordered their shuttle to pick us up form the airport and it was the best choice, the driver was waiting for us once we got out with our luggages :)

Situated in the Chiaia district in Naples, a few steps from Mergellina Train Station, Boutique Hotel Metro 900 features free WiFi access. The hotel location is great. It is in the station building, very easy to leave the luggage and go. The breakfast has a good variety of itens and all food and beverages were so good. The staff is so kind and friendly.

Set on Via Chiaia, one of Naples' most elegant shopping streets, this elegant hotel is just 20 metres from Piazza del Plebiscito. Internet is free. 여행하는데 편리한 위치, 특히 sightseeing bus 타는 곳이 도보 6분거리에 있음. 아침식사가 기대 이상으로 좋았음. 호텔의 실수로 제가 묶을 방이 없게 되자 호텔대표가 사용하는 사무실의 침실을 내주는 대신 당일 요금을 면제해 주겠다고 하는 성의를 보였음.
