Situated in Rome, within 15 minutes' walk of Termini Station, B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini features free WiFi throughout. I have understood how the score close to 9 differs from the score close to 8. Just a lot of small things which increase the pleasant stay a lot, like receptionists smiling to you (beautiful girls actually), nice breakfast, a lot of useful things to buy at the reception, i.e. to eat, to drink, to shave etc.; microwave, free forks and knifes, free cancellation at the day of arrival. Just everything to not worry and to be happy) The room was ok, rather modern and very quite. Also there was a big bathroom.

Breakfast service was really good quality as well.

Located in Rome's lively San Lorenzo neighbourhood, Hotel Laurentia offers a bar, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi throughout. The hotel is not far away from the main train station (15 min walking). The rooms were very clean, the air conditioner was working also while not in the room, good breakfast and polite staff.

Set in Rome, 600 metres from Porta Maggiore and 800 metres from Sapienza University of Rome, Borgo San Lorenzo Roma offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden. The small apartment complex is an oasis of cleanliness and tidiness that are in contrast with the rest of the city. Both the inner courtyard and room were very clean almost like new. I really appreciated the washing machine which was well maintained, the clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen in which we had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and dinner. The apartment is perfect for couples or families with children as the display of the rooms do not offer much privacy, but are spacious enough for 4 people. Also, the underground parking space is a big plus if you travel by car. ( it costs extra though )
