The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, always very nice to answer any of our questions, and arranging for us without notice taxis, as well as providing us with hotel information cards with the address so we could show taxis to facilitate coming back without having language issues. Also restaurant recommendations were on-point. The room was large and very clean and well equipped, and the views were also amazing. Location near Shimbashi makes it easy to move around the city via Train as well, and there are loads of restaurants nearby.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, molti servizi: abbiamo avuto un upgrade al piano premium con inclusi bibite e snack dalla lounge e due bicchieri a testa di assaggio di sakè. Abbiamo notato come molti hanno optato per la colazione in camera (noi non l’abbiamo presa). Stanza pulita, letto letteralmente gigantesco anche a scapito di un po’ di spazio. Bagno piccolo ma ben strutturato, con attrezzature di altissima qualità, ben sopra il livello base della struttura. Posizione ottima all’ingresso di Ginza e a 5 minuti dalla metro Shimbashi.

Very nice new hotel with a beautiful concept around the Japanese green tea tradition. Staff was super helpful, even when we experienced an earthquake on Jan 1st (the building is prepared for that). Our room was spacious enough for a 3-night stay. Extremely clean and has great amenities. Close to a JR train station (10min on foot).

Set in the centre of Tokyo, HOTELみなと-MINATO- is situated 500 metres from Sakurada Shrine and 700 metres from Isehan-Honten Museum of Beni. My room was really spacious and it had a sauna (!) and a bathtub. There were also bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, and a karaoke machine. You won't really see something like that in European hotels, but that is the reason I love Japan!

I had a wonderful 1 month staycation at the Aoyama Grand Hotel, staying in the King Suite. Ive already had high expectations based on the reviews Ive seen by travel influencers on social media, and what I got in terms of service, personnel, cleanliness, aesthetic, convenience as well as location far exceeded my expectations. From the first moment you enter the hotel you feel the warmth from the staff. I had asked some things before my arrival and everything done to my satisfaction. Most hotels in Japan have smaller windows, in my room, the windows were from floor to ceiling; the view was beautiful and looked charming at night with all the lights closed, felt like I had my own personal sky view in both living room and bedroom. The closet was nice and spacious, there was a washing machine provided with instructions if needed, there was a fridge that had complimentary drinks and food that would get refreshed daily as well as providing so much water bottles. The bed was one of the most comfortable Ive come across in my travels. The hotel is immaculate in cleanliness - it looked brand new, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and worth the price; the restaurant too - the staff are kind and will explain and suggest meals if you dont know what to pick. The pancake here is the best Ive had in my stay in tokyo. The biggest highlight of the hotel for me is the location; its walking distance to the most popular areas like shinjuku, shibuya, roppongi, yoyogi park, harajuku and has several 24 hour convenience stores on the same block. Its also very convenient that a station is 3 minutes away by foot. I left feeling very happy and not wanting for more because all my needs were satisfied, I will definitely be coming back and have already made it my hotel of choice in Tokyo. I was so happy here I extended my stay last minute during peak season and they did their best to accommodate; The staff in this hotel have went above and beyond to make my stay so happy.

Located in the heart of Tokyo, just a few steps away from Ginza, the world-famous shopping and entertainment district. The room is excellent but lacks of humidifier especially winter season.

Posto spettacolare con attenzione alla tradizione in mezzo al bellissima metropoli di Tokyo. Posizione strategica , ristorante e sauna gratuita … ci tornerei volentieri anche per indossare quel comodissimo kimono !
