We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

Location was great and easy to find. Hotel was close to Shunjuku Station. The lobby and rooms were clean and orderly. The facility offered great amenities, including a kitchen, for guests. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
