Our room was spacious and quiet , and we slept really well. The staff was lovely and super helpful with things like luggage forwarding. We would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Located near the central Shibuya area, the b sangenjaya is a 2-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station, just 2 stops from Shibuya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-Toshi Line. The hotel staff assisted me with my luggage. My luggage was very heavy, and they assisted me all the way to my room.

I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future.

Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

This room was a great value, which is what I wanted, but I was surprised and delighted by how much was included. The high-tech bath and drying room combo was wonderful. It was also packed with amenities and all the kitchen utensils someone might need to enjoy Tokyo for a long stay. The manager even provides oil and basic spices for cooking. Now I'm now hoping to bring my entire family to this unit next year.
