Everything about my stay was wonderful. It was more like staying with friends. Such a warm welcome from Antonia and Wilson. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, ceral and yoghurt and juice. Then a choice of eggs, sausages etc. I had dinner twice, and lunch once, a good selection of food, allbeautifully prepared and presented. When my iPhone cable became faulty they got me a replacement. It's a very safe environment, set in a gated community. I will definitely return.

Was a great place to catch up on some much needed rest in between adventures. The rooftop bar is a plus as well. Friendly and accommodating staff :)

Saggys Suites Hotel & Spa has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Nairobi. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. I recently stayed at Saggys for 5 nights for the beginning of my month long birthday vacation in Kenya. The staff and their customer service was superb! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. There is a stove, microwave, mini fridge and kettle to make hot water for coffee & tea which was provided daily. Water was also provided in the room with other snacks and drinks for purchase. All of the linen and towels are beautifully embroidered with the Saggys logo. Comfortable robe and slippers were provided for my stay. There was an ironing board in the closet. No iron. When I needed to iron I requested one from the front desk and someone brought one to my suite. Saggy branded umbrellas came in handy. They were available for my use. The food was delicious. The dishes were served with much thought and care with nice presentation. If you like or love coffee Saggys will be a dream for you. They have espresso makers and make wonderful coffee and coffee drinks. Note: the coffee provided in the room is instant so go to the restaurant for the good stuff. No pots and pans for cooking nor dishwashing liquid and sponge for cleaning. My used dishes were replaced in the cupboards with clean ones by the housekeepers everyday during my room cleanings. My Amenities were restocked everyday. There is a little bit of traffic noise from the street, but the hotel and neighborhood that it is in is relatively quiet. The gym is not extensive. It covers the basics with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, resistance bands, towels, tv and water. Saggys is not in an area where you can walk to nearby sights. Rideshare, taxi or public transportation is needed. The day of my birthday every staff member that I came in contact with wished me a happy birthday. I was surprised that everyone knew that it was my birthday. That evening I received juice, cake and the happy birthday song. So many of the Saggy staff came to celebrate me.

Set 2 minutes away from Yaya Centre, Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi offers free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. The location, the food quality in the restaurant, restaurant staff, front desk staff willingness to help. Security staff kindness was also unsurpassed.

Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, The Monarch Hotel is a contemporary, modestly-styled building, set up in the classy Kilimani area of Nairobi. The location is perfect, in a quite neighbourhood, also its a good location for discovering Karen Blixen, Giraffe center area, and it is also convenient on the way to Masai Mara. This were the key of my choice. Also that I had a stay 1 year ago, and the hotel this time also brought the same quality. Big rooms, comfy beds, clean. Might sometimes a bit of luck of hot water, but nothing serious.
