I loved the minimalist aesthetics of the room. The entire space was clean, and it was such a nice touch to be welcomed by K-pop playlist playing on TV upon arrival. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Clear instructions were provided through WhatsApp, and they paid great attention to detail to ensure we were comfortable. They even went above and beyond by staying past 11 PM to help us get settled in smoothly.

All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too. Wonderful hotel with good design and good people. Highly recommended👏🏻👏🏻

I would say, this is one of the cleanest accomodation I've ever stayed. No dust even behind the TV! Indeed the host prepared the place very stylish and neat. The accomodation convinently located slightly off from the main road of Garosu-gil. Easy access to the subway and bus. Hip restaurants and bars are nearby. Yet, they are not the loud and noisy type. So, they did not disturb my sleep or so. The small little touch from the host made me feel homely and cozy. No issue communicating with the host. Definitely recommended. 👍👍👍
