We left an iPad on the plane and it was at the Incheon airport. The hotel staff went out of their way to help with its recovery after we left. We were very impressed with the hotel and staff attitude and would highly recommend staying there. Thank you all very much!

I liked the soft rug near the bed and the table lamp, which created warm light in the evening

There is a convenience store next to hotel so you can find literally anything you might need.
